Good video glasses
Bought the OHO 4K 128GB in January 2020 and will be comparing it to the Pivothead Smart glasses which I previously owned.Sharp image recovery from turning head is pretty good. (Pivotheads slightly slower on recovery). Color are vivid and sharpness is very good same as Pivothead.Night video in rain while driving car is good, some graininess. (same or better than the Pivotheads)Changing lenses is easy, nothing to unscrew and takes around 15 seconds for both lenses together Pivotheads would take 3+ minutes to unscrew the two lens frames, then place the lens in the slot properly and screw the lens frames back on.4K is using compression, 2880 x 2160. Pivothead was 1080P.Audio is good, I think it’s better than the Pivotheads.Excellent customer service, so far easy to converse with and would respond very quickly, often within 12 hours, exchanged emails about a dozen times.Still pictures are from video, be aware that still pictures from video can be blurry if you and the image are moving out of sync. (Pivot heads could take still pictures by itself and was sharp, even when slightly out of sync). How still pictures are taken: Push button video turns on, press and hold button to turn video off. Go home edit video for still pictures. If the subject and you are not moving, actual photo pose, the picture would most likely come out clear.Whenever you pull off the battery pack connection the recording stops. When plugging in battery pack it keeps recording.Plastic seems somewhat durable but if the glasses are dropped, I think the hinges will break, same as the Pivothead SMART glasses. It looks a little more like goggles on me because of the frame thickness, like the Pivotheads. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and most of the pictures I’ve seen on the models seemed to be 6’ tall, with the 4K glasses. Amazon listing shows a lot of the models are wearing typical flat glasses, these are the wrap around type. The fit is firm and won’t fall off that easily. Good to use the strap that comes with it. Looks like it could take a frontal impact and still hold up. Pivothead SMART won’t take an impact of any kind.Be aware, the Micro-B Plug metal portion must be at least 7mm to keep good connection. I have a lot of cables and most of them are averaging about 5mm in length, if you move the shorter Micro-B cable head it will lose connection and the recording will be corrupt. The Micro-B that came with the glasses is 7mm long and keeps a good connection. Pictures below.Using a 1m USB cable with a 7mm Micro-B, I’m getting between 14MB/s and 15MB/s on average download and upload is about 13.5MB/s average, connected to the Corsair K65 USB port, the keyboard is connected to the EVGA x299 Dark 3.0 USB port.I’ve seen the video where a youtuber was flushing the glasses in the toilet to prove the waterproof feature, but it is IP33 which is just water resistant. OHO did change the advertisement from Waterproof to Water-Resistant after some of my emails and they should change all their advertisements if their glasses are rated at IP33. It can be used in the rain without worrying about getting it wet or getting splashed on at the beach type of thing.Software editing is archaic, that is edit in notepad and then copy and paste to main directory. You need to have a laptop with you to change video settings or time settings if you want.It would be nice to be able to change the settings on the fly like the Pivothead SMART with a smart phone. It’s a good video glasses, not really for still pictures,I came from a very high-tech video glasses and as far as I can tell no glasses come close to it right now. When OHO can come out with something very similar to the Pivotheads SMART while being 4K then that would be something to buy. As for these I still believe it is a good buy for videos, might be something better out there if you are into still pictures.

RNG? or just not very good? I don't know. Maybe just bad luck
The media could not be loaded. I found these from 2 vendors. I won't list them as that's not allowed. anyway the one pair was half the price (though normally the same price) so I ordered both. in case one was bad counterfeit etc..they appear identical but the video and pictures from this pair are significantly worse than from the other pair. This could be down to just quality control and RNG. crap happens basically. I am sending them back. They appear to be identical but the video on these were not as clean and there appeared to be more snakey wiggle in this video (rolling shutter wiggle in vertical lines) and the pictures were softer. it could be as simple as the lens on this pair was not quite installed correctly at the factory. ie just QC RNG but then again another reason to use amazon!Function appeared the same and I could not physically tell them apart aside from lens color. Function is straight forward and simple. there is only one button.press and hold and it vibrates and starts recording. There is an LED in the center left that flashes red while recording. sadly with no left eye vision I can not see this LED while wearing them (wish it was centered instead of left of center if it was center I would be able to see it) I may try to install a light pipe to bring that light over to the right side so I can see it (this is a me issue not a glasses issue IE if you can see out of both eyes this is a non issue for you)it records for about 60 minutes or so. pressing the button while recording makes it vibrate and it takes a picture. for some reason it adds a "kachussh" picture shutter sound in the video when you do this. wish you could turn that off. makes the video annoying if you take a lot of pictures during a video.turning them off is actually a little harder. you have to hold the button again but its unclear how long you have to hold it. took me a couple tries to get it long enough to shut them off. I wish when you released it would do a triple bzz bzz bzz to signify yep. you got it. I am shutting down. same with starting up. once you release do a say double bbzz bzz to signify successful start up.I also would have liked to see 90minutes of run time so that as the battery degrades (which it will) you would still get the nice 60minutes or more for quite some time.I am going to try and get some prescription lenses made for these (the other ones)I SUSPECT QC RNG just bit me. Look for my other review. Those work well (and are probably the exact same thing) and will be doing a more thorough review on them. this one is short because I am sending them back. Buying another pair of the other ones. hopefully RNG will be on my side a second time as I really like them.

Clear Picture and Sound, Responsive Service
It shows several color lens options but only comes with the Clear and Black Lenses. Not good for night.Get hot, when you turn them on after awhile you can feel the frames are uncomfortably warm.No SD Card Slot, I knew this when I purchased, but now I wish I would of purchased a set with an Micro SD card Slot.To change out the lens you pop them forward from the front. I believe if it was from the back it would stay better secured.Carrying case and lens lanyard are pretty basic with a float foam on them, but if I got these in the water they would not seem as they would survive.Owners Manual was basicNo real battery life indicatorThe vibrations for on/off or photo can be confusing- I push the button and hope I am taking a photo or turning it off or on? There is a light but hard to spot.Overall during daylight operations and for short videos like 15 minutes they work. It does automatically break the video up in sections not sure why. The quality for video and sound are awesome. The email provided to receive replacement lens (I lost mine on a skydive) was responsive and quickly shipped me a new set.Would I but this product again, no. Would I buy from SOHO yes because of the quick service. My 2 cents.

sunglasses
They do work shaky video but may need more time to play with them. Other than that, something to experiment with.

Conforme
Une connexion Bluetooth pour la lecture des séquences sous iOS serait la bienvenue !

Sound not working no information about the warranty
No warranty if they don't work, your on your own and wasted $150. They are garbage if they quit working. Amazon should quit selling these glasses.
