Works great!
Got this for my mother and we love it! It works well with no problems and the extra battery with this traveling package is a life saver!

SAFETY HAZARD
IThis item is a fire, electrical shock, and drowning hazard. The accessories depicted are not what was sent. They are bootleg add- ons and not manufactured for device.1. The LED light panel located behind the water reservoir is missing creating the 1st shock hazard.2. The area for the water bottle was dirty3. Item seemed use in areas.4. The reservoir bottle was "glued" together and not seamless, thus creating a leak potential.5. When I turn on device, water from the humidifier gushed out from the cannula port and through nose piece within seconds. Had there been anyone at the other end of the cannula, it more than likely been fatal event.7.Even the plugs are non-us compliant.8. Bootleg accessories. None of the accessories were waterproof, nor were they made specifically made for the device.I've tried several times to upload videos of the cannula waterfall, to no avail.Update 3/2/2019: I returned this item via UPS. Seller has approved the refund but I have not received my refund. I had to issue dispute through bank. Seller asked me to send pictures of item to see if it could be resold. Buyers be ware!!

Solid construction, but problems nonetheless
The unit itself is made with good quality materials. It's heavier than it needs to be, the water compartment is hard to open and doesn't work when you do. The carrier is cheaply made and a bad fit: even with the snap on straps the unit tends to slide off the carrier.
