So not really about the product but I feel like 3 knives that are so different from one another shouldn't really be sharing a review section... whatever I guess. Sushi knife is really solid and well crafted. I guess it was sharp enough but with its weight I'm used to similar knives gliding through a tomato without having to press. After a 20 minute session with my whetstones it was gliding through tomatoes, salmon, and tuna like a hot knife through butter.

Blade is waved. Needs more quality control

The media could not be loaded. Solid knife, very satisfied with the length, the weight, and the design of the knife. Very sharp nice grip on the handle. Smooth cutting knife as you can see in the video. Cuts through salmon like butter.

Took it out of the box and put it right back in the box to be returned. Very poor quality. Where the wood and metal meet on the handle is poorly shaped and not smooth, it has sharp edges on the handle. The metal on the blade was not polished and had a sharp edge along the back spine. I would expect to find this low quality of a knife at a bargain store, not for $58.

Do not recommend! Very frustrating for a pricey item!Arrived broken rusty knife. Unacceptable!!! Looking the photos there is no doubt that was not a logistics issue, was shipped in a very bad condition.Was my husband birthday gift. Arrived late and damaged. Meaning that I was in last minute without any gift for him. And that was his special request. Imagine how frustrating experience we had!The company looks like not taking care of their’s customer.
