Easy to apply following the instructions
The sports tape appears to be good quality. Very soft and adhesive. I followed the instructions and applied 3 precut strips on my knee before playing basketball. I could feel the reliable support to joint, and this will never limit your quick moving, jumping or shooting.

Highly Recommend!
Good price for what you get, 3 rolls pre-cut kinesiology tape. The tape works well and it stayed with no issues for a solid 2 days, BTW I removed it, not due to the adherence. I love their pre-cut design, very easy and convenient for apply. The stretch and wearability is just as good as those expensive brand products, so I will buy this tape again.

Medium quality for an affordable price
I'm not a professional athlete, I just love running when I have time. I was told this kinesiology tape offers a great support for the knees. Yes, this tape does exactly what it's supposed to do. It has nice stretch performance, and easy to apply on my knees following the instruction. The precut design save valuable time and prevent waste from inefficient cuts.

Good support
I have use kinesiology tapes on and off for knee pain and this works well for me. It provided me with good support in my patella and it stayed put for about 3-4 days

Does the job
I usually go with the more expensive brand but this one works just fine. It holds together my shoulder, which helps with the pain. I love the different colors especially black which is tough to find at the store. I will buy again
