Solid case
I bought the ortofon vnl’s since shure m44-7 were discontinued. The vnl’s headshell wouldn’t fit in the old case I have so got this one and it’s perfect. The compartment is a little tough to open/close though. I feel like I might break it. It gets the job done though.

It works!
I like it all. It does have a plastic rotator at the small compartment. Just be careful because there really doesn't seem to be a better solution for this detail. So it is well done.

Fits my Ortofon Concorde QBerts and my Vestax Headshells
Needed a case to hold my Ortofon QBerts and my Vestax Headshells. This case does it perfectly and works like a charm. I had the SHURE CASE but it only holds the Technics Headshells. So I'm glad I got this case!

Terrible build quality
Bought two of these cases and as soon as I opened them up I realized how terrible the build quality is. They are hard to open, and feel cheap, the junctures that attach the lids easily fall out of place and the whole thing just feels super cheap! I thought I was buying a sturdy quality case like the ones Shure use to make for this price. $39 and it feels like a $10 product. I do not recommend this case to anyone! Ive been djing for 16 years and have owned several cases and this is by far the worst one I have come across.

They are good .. when they aren't trash
So, I bought one of these a few years ago. It's a good case, not much room to fit accessories in but it did the job of storing my Ortofon / Concorde carts alongside my Technics headshells, after the Shure case became unavailable (which also did not accept Concorde cartridges). But, I just ordered a second through Amazon and it came in an undamaged packaging, no external damage, but the inside was not assembled. The piece that you connect your cartridge/headshells to was loose and unable to be 'pushed' together to connect to the case. So it would just float around inside the case. The accessory door wouldn't open properly either. Kind of nervous to order another in case the same issue, but there are no other places I can really buy this from locally nowadays.Lastly after purchasing this the price has gone up, even though my country's dollar is now stronger against the USD currently. I had no option to 'exchange' the item, I was only offered 'return refund'. So now I end up having to get a blue one instead of a green one, if I want to pay the same price I paid just three weeks ago for the 'Limon'.Update: I returned the faulty unit and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived today and while this unit isn't defective like the last one I received (this one is another Limon), it still has a stiff action on both the storage area lid and the two cartridge holders as they raise and lower. My 'Genre Bendr' grey Stokyo Black Box Case works smoothly without stiffness. So, while I think the Limon is probably the coolest and highest visibility colour out of the four Amazon options (green, red, black and blue), it seems like the Limon production may have some issues. Also worth noting, raising and lowering the carts or accessory lid rocks the piece which was damaged in my last order a little. I never noticed the rocking in my grey box and it isn't so bad as it looks like it will break like the last one that came damaged/defective, but it could potentially fail over time it looks like.A final small issue is that the padding on the top inside of the case was installed unevenly and looks terrible. So it seems like production QA has gone downhill with Stokyo since I bought my grey case a few years back.Buyer beware.
