It’s very durable and sturdy. It holds a large amount and variety of medications. It’s compact and not too large to put on a key ring or with other keychains or in a pocket or purse. It’s very secure except for if you accidentally loosen the key ring from the lid of the keychain itself. That can cause it to come apart in that one area. Perhaps some glue or resin where the screw goes into the key ring portion would sure that. It’s easy to open and takes some turning to do so, but that provides extra confidence in it not accidentally opening or coming loose when it’s in a pocket or keychain. I received one as a gift and I have bought one to gift. I think this pill container is wonderful and I absolutely would buy more if I had the need to again in the future. Mine has withstood over 3 years of use so far.
