It is very soft . We washed it before use and let it air dry it held up every well still looks new .The person sleeping with it love it has reported they have gotten the best sleep and the beings unhappy waking up is gone .The person User reported that they felt safe as they slept I asked about getting to hot was told I they just put there leg and was fine I feel the wight on there chest they seem happy. I hope the review help any other Famly with a gift that God gave them thes gift are very special and we have learned that the more we learn about how to make them feel better it take so much stress out of there days and they seem to go so much smoothly. I finally found a weighted blanket that I can wash in the washing machine (the whole thing altogether)! I had one before that had the weighted insert that was tied in. The weighted insert would move around in the cover and some of the ties were breaking. In this blanket, it is all one piece, so the weights are sewn in, the quilting is beautiful and the softness of this blanket is like velvet!! I can't recommend this blanket enough!! I love it!!

Love the pattern, as I’m low key obsessed with anything cow print. Material is very soft. 15lb Weight is perfect for my size 5’2.5” 135lb to help with calming/anxiety. I have folded it in half lengthwise for sleep to keep it on my half of the bed (away from my husband), which may be a bit too much for those who move around at night or get overheated.

I was so excited about this blanket, but it left tiny granules of sand everywhere! It was so uncomfortable to sleep with :/ Make sure you get a blanket with glass beads instead

Comfortable, as someone with a long history of ADHD and REM sleep disturbances I have finally found a product that works for me. Much better than prescription sleep aids. My blanket is comfy, soft, and no issues with smell or stitching. I want one in every color now 😂 highly satisfiedI actually overslept the first night I used it, fell asleep at 6 pm! 😬

Surprisingly heavy, but none of the problems I've seen on some reviews. I have fibromyalgia, so wasn't sure this was a good idea. It turns out that on nights I can tolerate the weight, it does keep me from tossing and turning so much. I was pleasantly astonished to actually have occasional nights with more than 3-4 hours of sleep!

I bought this for my husband with hopes that he would like it. He has ADD and ADHD, so I was hoping it would help him sleep better. He didn't wind up liking it because he felt smothered. I, on the other hand, decided to guve it a try and I LOVE it. I have really bad anxiety and it helps me relax enough to go to sleep at night.We got the Queen size 15 pound cow print blanket. The print is adorable! The only problem I have with it is that it is a lot smaller than I had expected. It will only cover my husband and I both if we are laying directly next to eachother. Also, 3 months in, the threading on the outside is starting to loosen and tear. As of now, it hasn't caused a problem. But I'm afraid to wash it, with fear that it may tear more threads. Other than that, this is a great blanket.

This so fake, I bought the cow printed blanket and it is 100% polyester. It's not how it was described, its light as a feather.
