How do I fill the bottle??

Unscrew the top of the bottle and used a small funnel to fill your empty bottle. If you don't have a funnel make one with tinfoil. Hope this helps.

Can you heat it up to dry ink on it?

I don't know for sure but you can remove all the metal and plastic parts so you only have the glass bottle so presumably you can just heat the glass part. I like the idea of decorating it!!

Can you remove the nozzle from this bottle and pour the perfume inside?

Yes, but you may need a very small funnel or to use a teat pipette
