Watch it closely
Other reviews seemed to not have mentioned this: We don't have a heat gun and a hair dryer did not work. We put the artwork into the oven at 300F for a minute or so, and even the previously dried parts puffed up. Watch it closely, it does not take long. This is a fun product!

So Much Fun!
THESE ARE SO MUCH FUN! Draw your picture. Let it dry. Apply heat (we used my husband's heat gun, low setting). Watch your picture come alive! The heat fluffs up the ink giving it a 3d like effect and vibrant color, So Cool to watch. Fun for kids! Works good on construction paper and black mixed media too!

I'm a fan so far
I like it so far... Does what it states. You have to use a blow dryer or heat gun for the popcorn effect. I like the colors. I like that it stays the same even after heating it. I've tried others that somewhat gets darker when heated.

Great craft puff pens!
I love these pens! I've read the negative reviews, and think that perhaps the users didn't know how to activate the puffiness. I have an embossing heat gun (actually, two: Marvy and Martha Stewart), and they puffed up quite nicely. I don't think you can use a plain old hairdryer, no matter how many watts the hairdryer is. The embossing heat guns run much hotter (they're not for kids -- they can actually blow so hot that the paper starts to turn brown ...) and dry and puff the paint very quickly. Great colors!

Fun little pens
Daughter and I had fun playing with the pens...they do puff up! Takes some practice to figure out best way to use them but that can be part of the fun too!

Color
They are just lime a remember, I think the color could be more vibrant.

Does not work
Really was excited for my little to use this and it was so disappointing. Returned it for a refund. Do not waste your time.

Couldn't get it to work right
This does not come with by directions... I tried using my hair dried to puff up the paint, and it sorta worked.... But I had to hold the hairdryer on the paint for over 3 minutes... And then it did not puff up like the pictures. Not sure if you have to have an embosser... Might work better .
