Lindy Bop 'Lana' Black Party Dress

The dress itself fits well, except it is waaaay too long for me (I'm 5'4"). Came down past mid-calf. The belt for the dress was too big for my waist, which seemed odd as the dress itself fit my waist perfectly. Probably returning it as I don't feel like spending the extra money to take it to a tailor to shorten

Cute! Cute! Cute! I got this dress earlier than I expected. I'm 5'10" , 147 with a large bust 36 DDD. I ordered an extra Large and it fits with a little wiggle room. I'm debating on having it taken in a little in the waist . I could easily wear it without altering it with a belt . Im having it dry cleaned first to see if it shrinks a little. The top is a little big but nothing major - the top part does not smash down my boobs which is nice so if you are larger, I think the top would still fit . This skirt is not lined and hits me below the knee- I measured it - approx 26 and a half inches from Sewed waist to hem. The sewed waist is slightly higher on me as I'm tall but nothing too noticeable. The accompanying cloth belt is too big and I will have the buttons moved in for a better fit. I have many black patent belts that would go with this dress too . Overall , great retro vibe , good classic dress for the price. Good purchase !

It was a very cute dress, however I went by my measurements on the chart and order the XL which was HUGE. The material is stretchy and it swallowed me whole. I would give 4 stars but I had to pay $20 to ship it back since it's from the UK so not very happy about that.

I wore this to a company semiformal event. I feel a little selfconscious about weight these days, but because I'm busty with a small waist, this dress was extremely flattering as it hid my hips and thighs. It got multiple compliments the entire evening and was told by a friend who didn't attend that she heard I was the classiest looking one at the event. How nice!I did purchase and wear the Modeway 50s Vintage Rockabilly Petticoat, 26" Length Net Underskirt (in size Large) underneath.

equal parts chic, classy and sassy this dress will turn heads. I wore it to a wedding with pearl necklace and earrings and about ten women came running up to me raving about how gorgeous I looked and where I had gotten such a dress. I prefer it without the belt but I did get a petticoat to and am glad I did because it makes the skirt much fuller. I indent to get more lindy bop dresses in the future five stars all the way :)

I love the style of this dress, but the fabric has very little give. Runs small.

Amazing fit, just perfect! I wore it with a cute short cardi and people could not stop asking me where did I purchase the dress. It's fun, flirty, and is exactly what I wanted. Just make sure that you take your measurements down prior to ordering. UK sizing is different from the states, so just make sure that you take a look at all the sizes and compare with your measurements. ;0)
