CHEAP KNOCKOFF OF WHAT IS PICTURED HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased this backpack for my daughter who is a huge BTS fan. This backpack is a knock off and is not what is pictured here. The straps all say “Off Whtie” and the BTS emblem is barely on the bag. It doesn’t come with a chain like shown. All around junk. I am sending it back.

Defective product
This is a replacement item. My initial purchase for this product had no band members names but only weight limits and color of ribbon on it. One strap was not sewn on and unattached. Very poorly made and put together. Will bring not be purchasing again. Very dissatisfied!

How do I charge my phone?
It's great and super pretty, but it doesn't seem to have anything connected to charge my phone. It comes with cables, just not with anything in the "outlit" things on the side. Other than that, there's no problems.
