The only issue I have with this headset is that after a call it will start and continue to disconnect from the phone until I manually reconnect and it sometimes says it is out of range when the phone is literally less than a foot away from the earpiece. Other than those annoyances, the sound quality is good and cancels the background noise, great quality and I am loving it. I have had it for about a week and have yet to need to recharge it, note, I do not use it non-stop or for longer than 3 hours a day, but still, great battery life as the phone only lasts a day!

Pairing this to my phone was simple, no problems. The sound was good.The earbud was to large even after trying the smallest one. It did not fit in my ear. It is bulky over the ear as well. I got the feeling that if I moved fast it would fall out. I will be trying another product as this is not what I need.

This Bluetooth earbud is not so great. When I need to make a phone call or receiving it, I always need to go on my phone and connect it. It’s never connected. But the sound was okay.

the person this unit was bought for needs a very small ear bud and as it turns out needs a smaller battery pack with the longivity of the larger batteries.

Headset works just fine but it doesn't give you any indication as to how much battery capacity is left. Battery life appears to be long but I haven't tested it to the limit

The headset it’s really good. The noise canceling works awesome but I wish that it adjusted up and down on the ear, it squishes my ear and I also would like it if the earpiece would swivel in and out so I can push the earpiece into my ear and also get the microphone closer to the mouth

Piece of junk. Sent back.

Not use to it but it will do for now
