The thing I like about it is the fact that it will record ...
This unit does record Dish Network in full high definition. This is a special DVR. The thing I like about it is the fact that it will record HD from any tuner or player that has HDMI output without a subscription. A separate hard drive or USB flash drive is required. I like that fact too, because I can choose how much recording space I want for each disk. If you fill up your USB portable hard drive and you want to save everything, you can purchase another USB drive with the data size of your choice. To sum it up, this is your freedom of choice high definition, no strings DVR.I was always looking for a video recorder like this. It is well worth the money.

This thing is awesome. It took me a couple weeks of experimenting to match all the settings with my ATT U-Verse and this box, but at the end of the day, it does almost exactly what I bought it for, which was to replace the 2 Magnovox MDR515H DVR I own (and are on the verge of crapping out).Only 2 negative comments: The advertisement says it saves files as *.mpeg or *.mpg, which is not exactly true. It saves files as DAT.TS files which are stringed together and would need to be converted if you want to create an *.mpg file that will play on any TV or computer (I am currently researching this)

Looks nice, functions poorly
EDIT: After only three months, the strap snapped off. The strap was obviously a problem from the start and that poor execution in design and construction makes this a product not worth its cost. Bummer.Original review: Great size, great idea, not great execution. One problem is that the strap is too thin. But the bigger problem is that the strap attaches right where the drawstring is, so when you lift the bag onto your shoulder, the drawstring loosens and the contents fall out of the top. This design flaw can be easily fixed, but who knows if the maker will do it.

Love the strap on this bag. Very sturdy.
Bought this for my bachelor son who bring his laundry to my house to wash. He said using this bag is so much easier than lugging baskets. He has another laundry bag he puts his dirty clothes in. After washing and drying his clothes, he puts them in the Kakoon bag. He slings the bag over his shoulder and easily carries it. I washed the bag before he used it the first time. I washed it in perma press cycle and dried in on low heat. It came out of the dryer wrinkle free and the same size as when I first washed it. Very pleased.

Updated Review For Product - 01/26/15
Update For 01/26/15: Worked With The Unit over the weekend. This is a Very BASIC VCR-Type of Device - i.e. You hit "Record" to Start the Recording, you hit "Stop" when it is done. Those are your *ONLY* Options (Forget Record --> Pause --> Record Like it was with old Analog VCR's). That said, there are still some quirks with the Device (sort of): Read On: A Certain TV Network, which will remain "Nameless", likes to insert ''Promos'' for its up-and-coming TV Shows (not what show you are watching on your Streaming Box) into the current show. When they do this, they inevitably alter the TOTAL LENGTH of the show (that you are currently watching) by several minutes. Once this happens, your Recording will more than likely terminate Prematurely. Unless you are carefully watching, you will not notice that the Recording has mysteriously stopped. There seems to be no way to have control over this, other than try and Re-Record the show you just watched (because the future Promo's on a re-watch could end up being several minutes shorter (which means a likely successful Record)). OTHER Networks offer UNINTERRUPTED (aka Commercial-Free) viewing of their Network Show Content. This is what I observed this weekend - a different Channel/Network on the Streaming Box did not exhibit this problem. So, in this latter Scenario, this Device will work Flawlessly and up to its Expectations. It certainly worked for me this past weekend.ALSO: Note This Device CANNOT keep Time correctly - for what ever reason. You input your Time Zone, and your Local Time, and whether or not you are subject to DST. No matter what you tell it, it will still start to inevitably fall behind on time. If this is not an issue for you, simply over-look this. No matter what I do, all Files stay 3 Hours' Behind their actual time at Recording. So keep all that I wrote in mind, if and when you decide purchase --- Cross-Trouble-Shoot Any Problems Encountered, to rule out an Inter-Operability Problems. Suffice to say, I'll now be keeping my Device. I really don't care about the Time Problem as long as Said Device works (Records) as Advertised. The other Day, I wrote:This Unit is Finicky --- First Unit was D.O.A in the way that it would NOT Record. It could not Record nor could it Format a USB Flash Drive Properly from within its own Interface. I called Amazon Customer Service and they said return it for a refund, which I did. While I was packing the original back up, I remembered I had noticed it had already been opened prior to me opening it. I took a chance and went ahead and ordered another one... WILL NOT RECORD as Advertised. Does NOT seem to Work In The Way It Is Advertised (SORT OF --- see below). Also had Lip_Sync Problem as discussed in the Manual - Switched to Lip_Sync2 to resolve that.UPDATE: So I seem to have been a little harsh in judging this Device. Yesterday evening, after I wrote this review, I grabbed an unused, brand-new-in-box Philips DVP3680 DVD Player from downstairs and hooked it up to this Device. With a new HDMI Source, I then hit Record and let it run for 45 minutes. Today, I have verified that it DID Record properly from this new Source. So now, I will have to figure out why it won't work properly with my Streaming Box (which was sort of the whole reason for the original purchase). It starts Recording and stops after about 14 to 17 minutes into a show, for no reason (it acts like it is still through the entire Recording but it isn't). So now that I have gone back and edited the original review, I will give it 3 Stars. It does seem to Record properly right out of the box... from SOME Sources.I'll post back once I figure out what the problem is.

I give it 5 stars mostly because CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! My first bag ripped within the first week ...
This Product is what it is, I mean its a laundry bag so what thrills can you really expect from a Laundry bag! lol... Its cute and durable thus far.... I give it 5 stars mostly because CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! My first bag ripped within the first week of using it, I emailed customer service and they responded within 24hrs and shipped me another bag immediately. I noticed on the 2nd bag that the stitching was different on the inseam than that on the first. Maybe my first bag was just a defect product (things happen ya know) or they resolved the issue entirely ... Either way, great bag and great customer service! Ive been using the 2nd bag for a few months now with no issues.

reinforce all seems and straps or it will come apart
it's heavy duty material, the instructions are great, but the seams are going to come apart. When it arrives, pull out the sewing machine and reinforce all seems and straps to prevent this. I sew and can fix it.

Terrible product. Poorly made.
This is one of the worst third-party iPhone products I've ever seen. There is excess plastic just hanging off the adapter end. The sound quality is garbage. Don't waste your time and money.
