The only issue was that there was a risk of having to pay the driver extra for a lift gate since the scale is so heavy, but since we had a fork lift this was not an issue for us - would be for others I expect.I had researched and looked for scales for a while and when I found this I was admittedly skeptical that at such a great price this scale was a good quality and was going to be able to handle the heavy and odd sized pallets we ship (we ship furniture and sometimes the pallets are 48 x 86" long). It is 100% legit, a great quality scale, and has features I didn't expect such as the digital scale being able to be charged and run off of the battery. Because of the location of the scale this means we do not have to have an extension cord strewn out anytime we need to weigh something. This is a great scale at an incredible price! ### ⭐ Don't waste your money. *by M***E on February 24, 2016* We received the scale, all was in perfect condition. We didn't have time to set it up for more than a month (needed to clear out space in the warehouse). It was easy to calibrate and seemed to work fine when stepping on it and seeing it weigh us. The first pallet we put on the scale, it error-ed out with Our----- . Not sure what that means as its not listed in the little manual that came with it. With using the forklift and taking weight off slightly we found at 1020 lbs is were the scale errors. The company that makes the scale head "Prime Scales" is a joke. Their phone number listed on their website is not answered by anyone, no matter if you pick customer service or technical help. I wrote them via the contact us page, and still nothing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and to my surprise got an amazing scale at a good price *by J***N on July 17, 2015* I was needing an entry level pallet scale for shipping purposes at work, and to my surprise got an amazing scale at a good price. It is sturdy, easy to operate and actually looks great too. I was nervous that the digital readout box didn't come with the 48" x 48" platform when it was delivered, but then saw on the freight receipt it was shipped separate. In fact it had already arrived FEDEX unbeknownst to me. I was impressed how quickly one can set this up!
