Handy tool when feeding hay in deep snow, nice hand grip, bright color, lots better then using pocket knives especially with gloves on . Used my first one for 3 years!!! And made in the USA!!!

Have used knife daily for one- year and still going after lack of care by owner.
Wife uses this knife to cut strings on 5 or 6 bales a day for the last 365 days. Knife sits outside on the next hay bale all the time. After a year of this with four seasons of weather, the blade is rusted pretty good and still is working and still firmly mounted in orange plastic. Orange color has faded but has not become brittle. I am sure she takes worse care of this than it was intended, but it has held up nice with "abuse." The best part is that it is easy to see and use with gloves on, and big enough and sturdy enough to use daily. Wife wants me to buy her another one for this year. Great anniversary gift for the one you love!

perfect for cutting bawling twine for hay
I was looking for a good cutter for the bawling twine for hay and this bad boy does the job perfectly. Cuts like butter and It seems to be made of good quality too.

UNwieldy
A box cutter works a bit better - this is too bulky to easily get under the twine on a bale of hay. Well made, but tough to use.
