This buggy was to be used to transport our elderly arthritic terrier. It arrived long after expected but we put that down to the coronavirus crisis delaying couriers. On opening we found that assembly was fairly straightforward and we had it up and ready in about 15 minuted. We were delighted; it seems very sturdy, of good quality and our dog got in unaided through the low back opening. It was then we noticed one of the tyres was flat. It turns out the inner tube had a 2 inch split. I notified the seller who said it was annoying (they did not specify whether that was for them or me) and they would notify the supplier. No mention of replacing the tube themselves, no expected timescale for a replacement and no apology.A month went by with no response and I contacted the seller again who said they were unaware the supplier has not responded. Fed up with waiting, I replaced the inner tube myself at my own cost and the buggy is up and running.I’m pleased to say that the seller has since been in contact to say I would receive a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience.

I own a Corgi who is getting on in years and unable to walk far. Initially I bought a TOGfit buggy thinking it would fit the bill, however I little realised that lifting a 16kg Corgi in and out would soon give me back problems. So, decided it was time to think again. When I saw this buggy it seemed ideal, and how right I was. My Corgi hops in and out on his own....quite the thing. Easy to collapse for storage, plenty of room for the dog, and easy effortless push, I am over the moon with my purchase, it does what it says on the tin.

We weren't sure what to expect. However we were very pleasantly surprised. The cart easily held our 21kg bulldog and it was so easy to handle and barely required effort to push on smooth terrain. We decided to trial it on a significant 7 mile hike on rugged terrain & it did well considering it wasn't an easy route.

Very easy to set up as a trailer or buggy - easy to manoeuvre as both and my dogs like being able to climb in and out by themselves

Love this buggy ! Really easy to take apart to go in the car . Wheels come off in a second . Much easier than our last buggy ! Also great in the rain with the rain cover and its waterproof . Our dogs love it .
