The light is not all that bright. It's similar to TIR based LED's......meaning if you look at them straight on, then they are pretty bright, but get even a little to the side of them and they are not bright. Can't really see them very well in the day time.Work pretty good at night. Has many flash patterns.The bulb in the cig. lighter plug that tells you if it's on never worked at all when I got the light.
