This is the best for the price!
Stella is a great brand because it melts on food really well and has a nice dairy flavor. The flavor isn't too strong which I like.I always freeze half of it in plastic wrap and then put that in a small container in the freezer. I haven't had a problem with this one growing mold either as it is a little bit dryer than the more expensive grated parmesan, but I don't want to take the chance.

My go to for Parmesan cheese
Has the flavor and texture we expect in this cheese. I add a lot to my pesto and shrimp pasta dishes. Also Salads and soups and even refried beans and lasagna. I guess we add it instead of extra salt!! It’s great!

Fresh and great amount
This is a huge value! It's fresh and I use it a lot on pizza, spaghetti, pasta and salads. Much better than off the shelf dried parmesan!
