Notice crack in wall under window. What I didn't realise just how cold the drought was coming through it until I had this great gadget.

No customer service very poor for the price
With less than 10 hours use the screen has failed, the camera starts up to a white screen only. Emails sent direct to the manufacturer to ask about warranty or repair, and no reply.For the price the customer service unacceptable. Avoid this product

Unreliable
Product screen has stopped working a few months after purchase, and is now useless. Was well looked after. An expensive mistake - walk away. Manufacturer written to for a refund under the Sale of Goods Act, which Amazon doesn't seem to support (as returns limited to 30 days), but no response.

Camera is not suitable for plumbing use do not buy as images are not clear and accurate
