This is a pretty straight-forward product (simple, no moving parts, etc.), so there's not too much to say about it. However, having nothing important to say has never stopped me before, so here are some thoughts on this product that hopefully might help some potential buyers in making their decision...It is of sturdy construction, which is important carrying power through the inside of your beloved computer. The length allows an easy reach to the far recesses of my full tower (length is added to the length of the cable it carries the power signal from, of course).The spacing of the connectors on this cable is either wonderful or not depending on factors that will vary widely, and only you can know if they will be practical given the locations of the devices you seek to power with it. So, I won't say the spacing is "good" or "bad," but will note that it might be wise to assess how well these connectors are likely to line up with your particular needs before buying this cable. Another option is to buy a splitter cable that has each output connector on its own cable, thus allowing much more flexibility, and making the locations of your devices much less (or not) important. But this is a very inexpensive way to get four outputs, assuming it works with the spacing requirements in your system!I'm happy with this purchase given the specific needs involved. Generally, I've found many different StarTech.com cables to be good purchases: cheap yet reliable.There is a warranty, as I think is the case for all of StarTech.com's products, although given how little these things cost, the cost of returning one for a replacement or refund can often make a refund or return more costly, also wasting time, compared with just buying a new one. I have no reason to think this particular product is likely to require a refund or return, and I expect that it is less likely to fail you compared with many alternative manufacturers' products of this type. But I'm just noting that a warranty is an irrelevant feature to me with inexpensive purchases that require you to pay for return shipping in order to use the warranty.In brief, I'm very happy with this cable. It is very sturdy, and as described, in the original StarTech.com package.That package, by the way, is a sturdy, reusable "Ziploc"-top bag that I find very handy whether using it to hold what came in it, or using it to hold other stuff for years to come. It's transparent in most places and 100% transparent on one entire side, so it's very useful to store small things like adapters, etc. in bags like this. It's very easy to see what's in each one when sifting through a box or pile of such bags while keeping different types of things grouped with others of the same type and separate from the mass of different types of objects I have in abundance. And although I have Ziplocs bags from the grocery store, the smaller size of the bag this comes in is not available at the store, and is a very useful size.

On my sons desktop computer I needed SATA cables for a total of 5 items but the PSU only had 4 plugs. This allowed my to chain the last one off the PSU and turn it into 4 additional ports. Remember it takes a port to plug this into so you lose 1 but gained 3 additional of that makes sense.It works perfectly for samsung SSD, TeamGroup SSD, an LED Strip, a set of 6 led fans plugged into a controller box, and then the internal controller bow that came with our case with had 3 fans on that.Have had no issues and works like a champ!

There's not really much to say about this product. It will give you more SATA power connections, and it works. Plus, it's inexpensive. I've been using this for about eight months to power four HDDs which are running near 24/7 (in a NAS) and have had no issues.

Helped with a desktop that would not support a standard sata power connection.Not too many brands with a 90° right angle connection like this, startech is definitely one of the better ones. Will update if something happens.
