7 year old MacBook pro would not hold a charge (more then 10 minutes once it was turned on. Obvious battery deterioration over time. Ordered the replacement battery based on model # and manufacturing date. Physical replacement took 5-7 minutes (while avoiding any electrostatic issues). Initial check showed 85% charge. Recharged it to 100%, then drained it down until it to about 5 % and recharged to 100%. It now runs for many hours ( still testing capacity) with mechanical HD and CD (remember those?). Quick shipping and very happy with purchase.

I have to update my existing review on this product, I am changing it from one star to five. The customer service once I reached out, to the seller was exceptional. They rushed me a call tags to return the defective battery and immediately replaced it with a brand new one. It definitely exceeded my expectations I am currently working on my laptop without it being plugged in! The new battery is working perfectly. Thank youI bought this battery and installed it myself back in March it worked great for one month and now it doesn’t recognize the battery, my system crashes every time it is not in plug in. I would love to be able to get some support on this battery hopefully they will reach out to me after this post.

The battery is easy to install, it also came with four different types of screw drivers. The battery came 80% charged I allowed it to charge for 100% I allow the battery to drain and then i'll update to let you know how long it actually lasted before I had to recharge it.

When the trackpad on my MacBook Pro stopped working properly, I started researching the cause. I didn't want to shell out the bucks for a new computer. Found out that the culprit was a swollen battery. I ordered this replacement battery and followed some instructions I found on YouTube. The battery fit perfectly and the trackpad is now working as it should be. I saved so much money by replacing the battery and not buying a new MacBook Pro. :-)

Amazing. Easy to replace.The designated “mac” certified store in my area wanted $140 to replace the battery in my 2010 MacBook Pro.....I bought it for $300 and it probably wouldn’t even sell above $200 now. Anyways, I decided that was extremely unreasonable, but this battery, and replaced the battery within 15-20 minutes. I fully charged, and it’s been unused off the charger now for over 20 hours and still holds a charge.Great product and great customer service - they emailed me to make sure everything was working.Awesome.

Product arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Installation was simple. This small investment has just added years to my nearly 10-year-Old MacBook Pro. The battery life is not as long as the original one, but I’m still seeing a good 6-7 hours out of it, which is more than acceptable. I can’t believe how well this old computer still runs!

I've purchased several batteries in the 20-30$ range for various Macbook Pro's over the years. Considering both aging computers this price range always works pretty well meaning will get anywhere from a year to maybe more for the modest investment. This one seems off to a good start. Historical reviews were good that seemed would be positive and so far is. Joining the good reviews!

I ordered this and got it the next day. My 2010 Macbook Pro had a bloated battery. The battery is easily removable and the old battery was easy to remove as well. Plugged this one in and was at 72% battery power. Seems to work well. Holds charge very well. No change in my battery life compared to the original. Great replacement part that I would definitely buy again if needed.
