I DO NOT reccomend this product /UPDATE AT THE END
. The heater cord is extremely short. With fish tanks its not recommended to use extention cords.. its not safe . So what do they expect customers to do ? Ur tank will need to b on the floor directly in front of the wall socket.The digital thermometer only shows the bottom of the numbers.. so its def. Defective./June 19,2018.. UPDATE.. THE SELLER DID GIVE ME A REFUND RIGHT AWAY . ALSO THEY DID SAY THEY ARE MAKING THIER FACTORY AWARE OF THESE PROBLEMS AND WILL MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES.

Need help
It turns off and on periodically, and i have it set to the highest just in case it has to be warmed up inorder to work good, will adjust to correct temp as soon as the thermometer indicates the right temp, planning on getting the fish in a few days, tank is a 55 gallon, thermometer is on opposite side of tank
