It's cheap, but it's worth the price.
I got this so that I could have something over my tank tops or to blanket myself with when it gets cold in the work place and it does the job beautifully. It is CHEAP, there are definitely threads that came out quickly after purchasing and any and all snags are blatantly obvious - however it retains its softness (as shown by 8 months of wear with no change in sight!) and colour like no other. For the price, you're getting exactly what you should get. It definitely helps in keeping you warm as well - sometimes I prefer it over some of my sweatshirts! The design is beautiful and matches with anything you might be wearing. Love it!

Cheap!
Definitely not worth $12.99. Super thin cheap fabric. The pocket is rather small and had a hole in it, so if I put something small in the pocket it would just get lost into the scarf somewhere. I was going to give this as a gift, but decided I won’t because it just looks too cheap. And this seller says they don’t except refunds. Save your money.

Very lightweight, some quality control problems
Very lightweight material - less than t-shirt weight. Looks fine, but it's not something I would have paid $12 in a store. Also the seam inside pocket was ripped about 1.5 inches upon arrival. The seller was very responsive and offered a refund or replacement at my option. I appreciate this, but do beware that this is, IMHO, discount-store quality.

Good travel accessory
I gave this as a gift for Secret Santa. The lady who received it thought it was wonderful accessory for travel. It is easy to wrap around your neck and still access the zipper.

functional and handy
I do wish this was a little wider and the pocket larger. The material is thin but, all seemed to work well. The concept of it is great and saved me from having to stuff pockets on short outings for travel. I would suggest to the makers to make a bigger pockets or double pockets.
