Better than expected
I bought this ceiling light based on the high number of positive reviews here. It was to replace my ancient light found in our upstairs hallway.When it arrived, I was surprised by how thin it was. Here are the Pros and Cons.PROS- Thin- Very bright light- Easy to installCONS- May be too bright for some for hallways, but more suitable for offices- Instruction guide has VERY poor English, but the diagrams should be straight-forwardTIPS- I wasn't used to seeing Brown and Blue wires, and after looking up what they correspond to, I found that the UK uses Brown/Blue combination wires. In the US, those would correspond to: Brown = Live/Hot = Black or Red (US). Blue = Neutral = White (US)

Brighter than expected
Pros - easy to install, bright, lots of light, cool white, near sun light. Customer service was prompt when I had a question.Con - Not instant on. Noticeable delay when switched on.Liked it enough that I went back and bought 2 more. Used for a retrofit job

Lights were great!!
We replaced 40 year old recessed ceiling fixtures in a laundry/basement kitchen. My husband who isn't a great lover of remodeling did a great job of installing them. It was a quick job and the light now in that room is amazing!! The English and wording on the instructions made us laugh but the important thing is the lights went in easy and we love them.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
The light itself and the trim are very nice, however, the LED driver is garbage. Does NOT Work well with dimmers..UPDATE: the company is WONDERFUL, without even asking they were quick to send me an email and replaced the driver with a fully dimmable version and AT No Charge!

Thin and bright
Pretty bright given its watts rating.The form factor is thin and not bulky at all.The build quality seems pretty good. I'll see how durable it is in the long run.

Don't buy
I won't recommend if you will use with dimmer switch. Because its buzzing really bad and there was a no solution for that to resolve the problem. It took me all day to figure it out what was going on and I used two, three different dimmers and it was still buzzing, now I have to return those back.

Order extra to replace defective bulbs
I liked everything but upon installation 2 of the 6 blew the bulb upon the initial power up.

I bought 6 of this lights about a year ago and installed on the living room. Turn them on a few times. And stop working in less than a year.
