CUTE FALL OUTFIT
I purchased size 100 for my 15 mo 22 lb granddaughter. Washed in hot water the sleeves have to be turned up (but we have to do that on everthing so I feel like its pretty true to size) and the legs a little long but they are tapered so its not a big deal.
