Apparently the sizes are true. Because I ordered a size larger like it said to, but it was too large. One downside to that is that the waist band isn’t Velcro all the way around. If it had been, it would have fit. Another downside is that you have to wear it over a shirts that it doesn’t chafe underarms. I wore a shirt under an then over to cover it up. On the upside, my PT was very impressed with it and copied the information so that he can recommend to his patients. When I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one, I wasn’t given the option. I would have had to return it an reorder it. It would have taken three weeks which would have been too late for when I needed it. Prime was not available. And now it’s too late to return for an exchange. I don’t think it’s the sellers fault. But I really need a smaller brace.

This product does exactly what it claims to do. It makes you pull back your shoulders and stand and sit with your spine straight!. I love it!

Very comfortable. Mostly stays tight, but moves up a small amount depending on level of activities. Easy to pull back down.Have used 2 weeks, a few hours per day, and I'm feeling improvement in this 72 yr old bod.

The smell of new rubber will not clear up. I have left the brace outside for nearly a week and the smell is still there so strong I have not even been able to try it on. I am hypersensitive to odors and have so many allergies I quit counting. Even other members of my family say the odor is way too strong I’m not sure what to do because I really need posture correction and this is the best idea I’ve found so far.Any suggestions?

It seems to have given my father an allergic reaction. He has gotten bumps and pimples everywhere the brace goes. Very unsatisfied.
