If you are experienced with binding, then buy a size lower than recommended. Trust me.This binder is really comfortable. It will not get you perfectly flat like some other methods might; however, it is perfect for everyday use. It isn't itchy, and it is breathable. It binds satisfactorily.Tbh, I will use a different method for special occasions when I want to wear a fitted suit. But, for everyday, this binder works fine.Quality to cost comparison though, this binder is over-priced and is over-rated. I'd go try a cheaper binder before you set your heart and mind on this one.

It's great for work where I need to be on my feet all day and lift heavy objects, it keeps everything in place and significantly minimizes my C-cups. That said; if you're looking to bind completely there are other companies that offer high quality options for half the price.So if you're looking for something breathable and comfortable or if you're living in the south and it's the dead of summer; this is for you.

My daughter originally purchased the Velcro style and it was not long before she had serious issues with it literally opening / coming apart; causing so many embarrassing situations. This, one piece, is much much more comfortable and virtually stress free. The material is also way more "breathable."

This binder is terrible. The material is very cheap and very thin. It does not look anything like the picture. I wasted so much money on this. I wish i could return and get my money back but it's too late. I do not recommend this for anyone. The binding isn't very good. If you were to get it, get a size up, that's what i did. The fit was fine but everything else was just awful.
