Straps very long
Shoulder straps too long and cannot be tightened so they hang on my child. I have had them altered else wear. So if your child is small be aware the straps are very long. Nice bag otherwise and plenty of space

The bag is great for school, packed lunch box and books fit in well and lots of little pockets for other bits. Only downside is the straps are very loose and slide when using it as a back pack. Needed to stitch them in place
