Surprisingly satisfied
I didn't expect the hefty quality of this product, and it's really pretty and sleek; I love the look of it. It's not specifically for children at all. I also found it very easy to use right away, even with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend it so far (I just started using it).

Great value
This is a great product. My son loves all the features, especially the ability to play music from his IPhone. This alarm clock was a great value.

Alarm does NOT work if you are on Bluetooth!!!
I mainly wanted an alarm that would allow me to wake to my music on my iPhone. When you turn on Bluetooth to connect to the iPhone (this works just fine) all of the other functions on the clock turn off. So if you haven't set an alarm and you turn on Bluetooth, you cannot set the alarm until you turn off Bluetooth. Also if Bluetooth is on the alarm does NOT sound. The laser time display also was blurry not matter how much I adjusted or if I changed from the wall to the ceiling.

Good customer service
It's a little difficult to use at first because the instruction aren't very good. Also because it's pretty compact which puts the buttons close together. You can't beat the customer service, I've e-mailed them twice because as I said the instructions aren't very good and the skip forward and backward buttons aren't marked very well and both times they answered me the same day.

does not hold charge
I liked the radio for my son which I gave to him for Christmas. He was able to use it for a few months but currently, it doesn't work. It doesn't seem to want to charge. I had my husband and 2 adult children try to troubleshoot the issue but no one has been able to get it to turn on. I would expect for the price that it would last longer than 3 months.update -I was told after this review that I would get a replacement radio I just needed to send my contact information. I sent my information and nothing. I never got a replacement. Very Poor customer service.2nd update- still no response, Amazing that they respond that they will replace defective product then completely disregard commitment to the customer

Ac power cord only 18”
Just arrived today. Haven’t used all functions yet. Sleek, modern looking. Packaged well. Short so short won’t reach normal outlet behind my nightstand. Will need to purchase longer one if possible.

Complicated to set up.
Too complicated. I wanted an alarm clock that was fairly simple to use...this is not it. That being said, the time shining on the ceiling is nice and bright and distinct. Easy to see.

Very good bedroom clock
Got this clock for guest bedroom; it works very well and looks good. Only reason for 4 stars/not 5 is that the instructions are just a bit difficult to understand at first. I would buy again though.
