A most excellent item - one of Best
I should have bought two at the same time - now they are out of stock.. Better than most - for my specific usage it is the Best. Works perfectly for attachment to a power rack for performing dual land mine presses of all kinds. Very sturdy and rotates flawlessly. Highly recommend this brand over many others. You wont be disappointed.

Great Fit
Works great and adds quite a few new exercise choices. If you own the Vanswe or HulkFit rack it is a logical choice.

Update: Seller, do not call my house.
So after mentioning the missing rubber stopper that should come with this attachment, and pointing out the design flaw in setting up the base to attach itself to a power rack bottom with a bolt-through design (most power racks don't have holes in their base and most owners don't want to drill any into them) this seller CALLS MY HOUSE three times at 9:00 pm asking me to take down my initial negative review in return for a refund!News flash: do not call customers unless you have been contacted by them first.Seriously.

i did crazy stuff with 100+ pounds. don't know about more than that , though...
you'll most likely need a drill/bits.
