It has a solid casing, very good 30 watts speakers, quality microphones and a Bluetooth connection. It weighs only 10 pounds so you can carry it with you anywhere. You can also use the USB port or a Micro-SD slot to store the music files you want to be played. If the user's guide is not enough the Dimes and Nickel staff and the Croove customer service are very helpful and are always available to provide the answers you need. ### ⭐ Stopped working in less than 2 months *by G*** on June 5, 2020* So I bought this back on April 6th. It stopped working over this past weekend. It just would no longer turn on. I had only used the product 5 times during the two months and for about a half hour each time. I never moved it around either, kept it in one place. Thankfully, Amazon had an extended return window because of the coronavirus. I noticed the problem on May 30th and the return window's last day was May 31st. I was so thankful I was able to return it in time. I am still waiting for my refund to process. I do NOT recommend this product. Not unless you purchase a warranty with it. It would have been a LOT of money down the drain if I wasn't able to return it in time. I purposely chose a karaoke machine that is pretty high priced to avoid these problems but obviously it did not help at all. Any electronic product can lemon out of bad luck but this costs way too much to only last two months.
