Hi there. I'm afraid I don't know, but If a buffer pad can be stuck to the same head as sander pads are stuck to, then it would work but I have no experience of this.

What's the silver semi circular saw blade for?

If I remember rightly, its for removing tile grout. Quote from Einhell site, diamond segment saw blade for tile joints.
