so it didnt work for my computer , my advice to everyone is to look at every single number , or you going to get the wrong parts

Pulled a xw8400 out of a junk pile, threw 2 quad core 3.0 xeons and this ram in it, and an MSI gt 710 2gb. Brought this beast back to life.

Great Ram
This Ram has been working great for me! I installed this in a T5400 dell workstation that I got from my job that was to be thrown away. I am currently using this in my media closet as my media server works great!----------UPDATE------------7-15-2016 Just a quick update. I have had 0 issues with this ram my media server runs 24hrs a day. Working GREAT!

These Memory RAMs are perfect ! plugged two sets of them (32 GB) on my Dell Precision T7400 and they worked like a charm ! Much faster After Effects and Premiere Rendering and muuuuch better multitasking. I run Windows and Mac OS X ( on Vmware ) really well on that setup.

Great for Dell R5400's
I bought this RAM for a workstation that I received from work, actually 7 of them. They were just going to scrap them. My Dell R5400's run just fine with the RAM. Very satisfied with the speed of the workstations now.
