Our first pair was optically more than we ever hoped for, except that the left eyepiece was not connected to the focus mechanism, and was loose to slide in and out apart from the focus adjustment.Hoping this was a random anomaly, we opted to have it replaced rather than refunded.The second pair we received was solid with the eyepiece adjustment, however the right and left optics pointed to significantly different points in the distance--the right image pointed to things approximately 3 feet to the left and 2 feet below the left image at a distance of about 2 city blocks.Again, the INDIVIDUAL optical imaging was magnificent. Sooooo sad that some manufacturers think that not having good quality control will save them money. If these amazing optics were properly aligned and placed in solid mechanics, they would be well worth three times the price. As it is, they are nothing more than dump fillers.All that said, we are actually considering continuing to buy more, returning the unusable ones using Amazons wonderful return policy, until we finally get one wherein the manufacturer accidentally got it all right.

My stepmom wanted a monocular but thought it would be better viewing with binoculars so bought this.I decided to check this out because it did say Amazon's choice so compared it to other listed binoculars & bought it.Likes ~12 x 50 with distance 1000 meters for clear details. Click on tech support in listing if needed.Green coated lens BAK4 does make a big difference compared to the blue lens BAK7 or other traditional clear lens.Night vision for viewing in night as long as you have some lighting around can see.My family has a cabin in woods which gets really dark sometimes bears or moose around so best to leave light on.Dislikes ~Doesn't say it is water resistant or waterproof. If using hiking & other outdoor activities it can rain unexpectedly.Can use at night but doesn't have anything that makes it night vision binoculars to where you can see better during night conditions as you would during day. Doesn't have built in flashlight but haven't seen binoculars that do.

Granted, these aren’t nearly as good as the binocs a Secret Service brought to a stakeout recently. But I’m pretty sure his cost more than $20.I’m really impressed with the image quality of these. They’re better than some more expensive binocs I’ve got. I ended up taking these to work and will likely get another pair to keep in the truck.

This is a big ole' MAN SIZED pair of binoculars! I got these for my husband to carry in his truck... He already had a pair, but needed a second ( I think he wanted to leave a pair in with his hunting stuff). These are clear to see out of, and aren't too small for him like most we've had. They are simple to site in, and they come with a nice case, and strap. Even though they are a bigger size, I can still comfortably use them as well. The remind me of the set my grandparents used to have... Which is a good thing.

Love these binoculars! Easy to use and are very crisp and clear. Money well spent.

The optics were actually decent and both objectives were aimed very well, HOWEVER, the focus mechanism is pure junk. After 1-2 uses it fell apart, Both eye pieces just flopped around where ever gravity wanted them. Great price but junk. Do Not buy.
