Hint Wellness 14 Day Detox Tea - for Weight Loss, Digestion, and Bloating – Natural Ingredients Blended in USA, 43g Loose Leaf Tea

After reading many reviews, I was hoping for the "full blown" effect that many people experienced. Unfortunately, I have horrible digestive and constipation issues. After only mild results by day 3, I decided to add some additional detox tea by Yogi to my daily routine. In drinking 3 cups per day and this tea in the evening, I feel like I'm finally starting the detox process. One reason I wanted to try the tea is because my will power to do a "fast" or diet of any kind is nonexistent. I'm now on the last day of the detox and am happy to report that the insatiable cravings I experience daily are finally disappearing. The detox symptoms are still there (some fatigue and lots of sneezing) so for me personally, I probably need to continue the detox process for at least a full month. I've never done a cleanse of any kind so I have 40+ years of processed food, cancer in a can (mt. dew) and other horrible toxins floating around in my body. I have always struggled with weight loss in spite of being very physically active (I pedaled 893 miles on my bike in 4 months without losing a single pound). I have not lost any weight through the tea detox, but I'm hoping that once I cleanup the junk in my gut and body that normal operation will start taking place and my battle with weight will go away. If it doesn't, then I still needed to clean house anyway.

I think perhaps I didn't need to detox as much as some of the other reviewers as I didn't experience any earthshaking effects. At least none of the "oh my goodness be close to the bathroom if you do this!" issues. I have always been regular and this didn't change anything. One difference is that I felt more energised and lighter. I am only half way through my detox at this stage. One thing I have to say is that I LOVE the smell and taste of this tea, very citrusy and warm and fruity. I usually find fruity teas frustrating as they always smell so good and yet they taste disappointingly acidic and watery. But this is delicious. I wish they did one which didn't have the Senna so you could just take it every night and not just for the 14 days.

I really wanted this tea to work in terms of weight management. I followed the directions exactly, seeping the tea for 5-10 minutes and drank it before I slept. I exercised and ate healthy proportions of food but I saw no difference in my weight. It didn't really make me "go" like other reviewers has said. My energy levels were the same as before I started drinking this tea. That being said, I did notice that I craved less food during the time I drank this tea. I was fine with eating two meals a day and a small snack. The tea does taste quite good, which is why I give it a three star rating. It is quite sweet, but it is not an overpowering smell. Regrettably, I probably will not buy it again and look for other detox teas to try.Pros:- tastes good- the bag comes with more than a 14 day supply- it's a nice way to end the day with a cup of tea- calmed down my late-night snackingCons:- didn't have any affect on my weight even when combined with exercise and healthy eating- while cheaper than other detox teas, it is still pretty expensive for 43g bag.

I've been meaning to review this a while back. I actually started back up since I stopped after 14 days due to catching the flu. Anyways I researched long and hard about what teatox I wanted to do. As normal, products have a fair share of good and bad reviews. I finally came across hint wellness and it had awesome reviews so I figured why not.I'm glad I did. I won't say it helped me lose weight but oh man it did get rid of my big bloat I was harboring in my stomach. I was a little skeptical at first because I would only "release" only once a day. Around the 7th day I start having about 3-4 releases. Be prepared for bathroom trips and lots of flatulence!I also love the fact that it is all natural and loose leaf. I can get the most out of it with my tea infuser. It smells great and really doesn't taste bad. I opt to put any sweeteners in my day due to the fact you're suppose to be detoxing. I love sugar so much and it actually taste decent without any sweetness added.I have enough to start again since I was eating like crazy when I was sick. I know it will help me release the toxins stored away in my system right now. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of their bloat and likes to do things the natural way.

Only four stars, because I am only on my 3rd day. First off, most important, it tastes delicious! I am a tea drinker anyway, and this tea I would drink without the benefits, it is that tasty. I already feel a little better and a little less bloated. I find that when I drink this, I give it around 3 hours, and my stomach starts to rumble, and I need to use the bathroom. I haven't had to run to the bathroom, but you also shouldn't be in a kayak in the middle of a lake, or else you are probably not in a good place :) Once I use the bathroom though, I am fine again until the next cup of tea....3 hours...bathroom....etc. I will do a follow up again in a few days!

I'm on my 5th day today, drinking this teatox and unfortunately, it seems to be not working for me. *sad face* It does not send me to the restroom any more than I already go. My bowel movements activities are pretty regular, so maybe that makes a difference. One thing it does though is send me to the dreamland after my third sip! I do finish the whole cup but after a few sips I feel calm inside and just want to sleep. I will add a follow-up review if anything changes. Also, the tea is easy to consume because taste and aroma are both very herbal and I love tea so it won't be difficult for me to consume the whole packet even after the 14th day.

This tea is actually pretty tasty. It also does make you go but it sure if that is from the herbs or the Senna which is an over the counter laxative. I took it once a day in the early afternoon and have not had any emergency bathroom trips or anything like that. It seems to be stimulating but not out of control. I drink it with a little honey. My only problem with it is the tea I received was fairly broken so it came through my tea strainer a bit. All in all I like the product and will probably continue it for the full 14 days.
