Small footprint, no documentation
I ordered two items for a new low-voltage server. One was an Intel mini-itx motherboard, and the other was this case. Both items indicated the same shipping time-frames, 3-5 business days. The motherboard arrived in 3 business days, a Friday, and this case arrived in 5 business days, the following Tuesday. For the amount of the shipping cost, especially in a time where most shipping is pretty much free, this was very disappointing. Be wary when you read dates and estimate shipping times with this vendor. On to the case. It is small and has a nice finished look. Upon opening the box, I noticed I had not received any instructions or component layout diagram of any kind. For a larger form factor case this isn't usually a big deal, but this case is as plain and simple as it gets. The only instruction of any kind were letters on the metal plate for internal 2.5 and 3.5 drive. It had two "B" indicators for 2.5" drives, but power only for one. Since I had no diagram I went off to Habey's website and could find no diagram after searching the site for half an hour or so. I emailed their customer service and still do not have a response several hours later.I went on to search google and after an hour finally came across an article with pictures taken from someone who did get the supposedly 2 page detailed diagram. He had several pictures and I was able to install. He even made some other observations such as to remove the power supply before installing the motherboard that were not included in the diagram. He also commented about the power cable being too close to the audio jacks on the board and I noticed that as well. There is definitely pressure applied there and I would expect the cable to become dislodged if the computer was moved often enough.Overall, with better shipping and processing, or at least less cost, some included instructions or better documentation on the website this would have been 4 stars (minus 1 for poor placing with the power cable next to the audio jacks). The motherboard I used fit without any issue, an Intel D2700MUD (atom). You probably could squeeze in an i3/i5 and small fan instead.

Beautiful case - wimpy power supply
This case is nice enough to leave out of the entertainment cabinet and about as small as you can get. However, the power supply is rated only 60W (not mentioned in the fine print). You can get a higher-rated DC adapter that will pump it up to 100W, but that is still pushing full load on an Intel Core Duo or I3/I5 chip. If planning on using this case with more than a very low voltage chip, be very careful. If you don't need the wattage and want something tiny, I would recommend it highly. Very good phone customer service from Habey. However the website could use a little more documentation on the details of their products.
