This is my 2nd copy I wore out the first one the recipes range from simple to complex I have made most of them many for parties showers even a few weddings the chocolate souffle cake recipe works very well as a gluten free option subbing gluten free flour as is calls for only 3 tablespoons it doesn't effect the texture I served it my sister and knew but nobody guessed it was gf especially the birthday boy

I almost didn't buy this book because of some of the lukewarm reviews, but I'm glad I did! This is a wonderful book with numerous recipes that are easy to make and delightful. The "1-2-3 cake" is one my children love to make. All the recipes are clear and should be easy enough for anyone who knows anything about baking. The decoration ideas have really helped me take my creations up a notch. I promise you'll enjoy this book from the beautiful pictures right down to the delicious finished products!

I saw this at my sister-in-law's house, so had a look thru it there, and actually bought this book specifically for the Princess Torta cake recipe, which I love!
