hmmm....not sure!
I've been taking African mango with my garcinia cambogia for 8 months now and I've lost 25 lbs within the 6 months but since I've switch to this brand 2 months ago I've lost nothing but still maintaining my weight and I feel good...meaning my sugar level is great and so is my cholesterol, which is why I started taking them in the first place. I guess I have to work a lil harder to get rid of the 10 lbs I have left to be the ideal weight I feel confy at. So after all said, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering this brand again....sorry if I'm no help in your decision!

Super African Mango 1200 being sold Past Expiration Date
The Product was good up until the last three times I bought them and had to send them back. The pills tasted like petroleum, the capsules were light tan instead a dark Brown Color, and there was no Herb smell like the other ones. This is October and I was getting Product that expired on May 14, 2014.Sound like no Quality Control, send them out the Public is Stupid and won't recognized it. I had to give it One Star because it wouldn't let me give "0" Stars. I did call the Manufacture and they are replacing the last order I did. I did tell them that I wanted the product to have a later Expiration Date. We'll see.

Don't waste your money
Meh. Didn't notice a thing. I've used African Mango for years and it always cuts my cravings. This has no effect. Might want to test it to see if it really has African Mango in it.

It has worked for me!!!
I have been on a weight loss program. I lost 40 pounds in 7 months then I started to slow down a lot ( I hit my plateau ) I needed something to boost my metabolism since I feel my body got used to the weight loss program. I ordered this product and I have taken it for 6 weeks now. I take one pill about 30 mins before breakfast and one pill about 30 mins before lunch. I have had a weight loss every week when I weigh in. I am down another 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I have noticed a decrease in appetite and no cravings for the salty foods I love. I do eat a low fat high fiber diet. I walk my dog about 2-3 miles 4 times a week. I feel this product is just an added plus with proper eating and a little exercise. It is not the miracle pill you must do your part and it will help boost your metabolism.

This does work, if you diet right
I been taking the african mango product for three weeks now and i've notice that im eating less and have energy. On the days i dont take this, I eat crazy lol. So i've amped it up with a healthy breakfast, low calorie lunch and dinner, lots of water, lean meats like fish,turkey and chicken and i also take a B-12 vitamin. Throw out the junk food and you will see a huge difference .Now i'm a size 20 and i notice my figure is slimming down. I used to be a size 10 and when i jumped to a size 24 after having two kids, i relized i had to do something.
