Good non-exotic sauce
With Lemon Juice so high in the ingredients list (#2), and the wording that this was 'roasted' chili sauce, I expected this sauce to be out of the ordinary for better or worse. It was very good, a sharp heat, complex pepper aspect, overall well above average. I will probably buy this again and again. There was not any hit of a lemon flavor in it. They dialed it in pretty good to balance the chili heat perfectly.I am not sure if the roasting in notes on the label meant, roasted while the chilis were dry, which I think most sauce makers do, or roasted fresh chilis. The flavor confirms it was roasted dry chilis.The bottle is cute, the color of the sauce is nice.I don't usually use these types of sauces, but it wasn't the worst product gamble I've made.

Great hot sauce. You can tell it was made with love and great quality ingredients. I've bought an entire box straight from the company and I have no regrets. I will be buying again.
