Its meant to be used with a vita mix but it has turned out to be PERFECT for my sourdough feedings and mixing! It's sturdier and the handle is really long for larger jars. I love how easy it makes scraping my starter down off jar sides. It looks and feels expensive. Functions way better than the spatulas I was using. Easy to clean the sticky dough off when done using. Dishwasher safe.

Sourdough bakers dream!! I purchased this based on a recommendation from an influencer. Its meant to be used with a vita mix but it has turned out to be PERFECT for my sourdough feedings and mixing! It's sturdier and the handle is really long for larger jars. I love how easy it makes scraping my starter down off jar sides. It looks and feels expensive. I love, love, love this tool!! I broke the first one and still was able to glue it with super glue and it worked another six months! It scrapes out things out of your Vitamix like Nut Butter and other thick things like nothing else does, once you learn how to use it. So Wonderful to be able to get MORE out of the container without ruining a silicon spatula and other things. I am forever Grateful to whomever designed it! You need to be careful to NOT cut it on the blades however. So use it Slowly and Carefully and it will last a long time!
