The steel seems good and the edge that it was shipped with was good enough to face a cast iron backing plate for my 3-jaw chuck. Will order again when I grind them down too far. I was wrong. They are much nicer than I had imagined. I won't be testing them on Monel, but mild steels cut with a fine finish.
