This outperforms my $52 Estée Lauder. I’ve used EL for years and always swore by it. I’ve been at home after having my daughter and decided to grab something a little lighter and cheaper to put on when I just wanted a bit of color and coverage. I never expected to love it so much. It blends well with a brush or sponge and I can imagine it would go on just fine with your fingers as well. The coverage is decent, but it is light and doesn’t cake up. Cremes and powders layer beautifully with it and the finish is a nice dewy look. It sets well and truly lasts ALL day. I look better at the end of the day with this than I did with my prestige brands. My only negative is the smell. It reminds me of a mature woman’s perfume which I don’t mind but it is strong at first. Overall, I will be repurchasing this and I’m thankful I found it.

I'm so glad that I took a chance on this product in my skin tone (I use number 21-I also tried number 13, which may work in the dead of winter but right now is too light for me), as well as the BB Boomer priming cream by the same line. This is a fantastic product! A little goes a long way. I apply a little bit of moisturizing oil to my face first (3 drops of Youth to the People's Superberry Glow), plus my favorite eye cream (Kiehl's avocado) and let that absorb a little, then mix a half pump or so of the BB Boomer with a single drop of my moisturizer oil and apply to that my face. If I have any areas that need extra attention, I dab a tiny amount of the BB Boomer product that I don't dilute with oil over the spot, and I let it set briefly before I apply the BB cream-which then goes on so smoothly and beautifully, it's like it's magnetically charged to stick to the primer! It's really amazing and easier than it's ever been to do my skin makeup. The Perfect Cover BB cream is an excellent match to my skin tone, and is beautifully sheer. It provides a perfect amount of coverage, but allows for my freckles and real skin to show through, and the luminescent quality of the BB Boomer primer combination imparts a dewy, youthful glow. My skin looks enhanced, rather than covered up, and I have experienced no problems with breakouts or clogged pores after using the products for about a month.I am 44, very fair, and protect my skin well from the sun. I am very grateful for the added SPF in this product, and it works well for a day that I spend mostly indoors. I do add additional SPF coverage for any outdoor activities. I am told often that I look younger than I am, and while I am not sure that is true, I do not have any real wrinkles at this point, except for some fine lines between my brows and on my forehead (which have markedly improved with the use of 2 retinol products!). I do moisturize my face daily and (nearly) nightly, but my skincare regimen is really imperfect otherwise. I am so tired at night I often just use a face wipe to remove makeup, instead of really washing my face. I do a deep wash with my clarisonic 2-3 times a week (more often can cause me redness and irritation) and I use a great salicylic acid exfoliating product daily/every other day, depending on my skin's response. I'm picky about my skin care and cosmetic products and willing to spend money on one when I like it, and this is one I will keep using! I was using Dr. Jart's Black Label BB cream for years, and they have changed their product line recently and the one I was using is not available anymore.The Perfect Cover BB Cream is superior to the product that I was using, and is significantly less expensive than the BB cream I had used for years. My skin looks better than ever, and I can use this in cold and hot weather (which wasn't true about the other products I had used-I had to have separate regimens for summer and winter!) and my skin looks equally great, and there's in this BB Cream. The BB Boomer is also a phenomenal product, and I love it. I am glad I took a chance and tried it. If you're considering it, buy it, now! You will love it!

This is such a wonderful product in so many ways. It is lightweight and covers well and it offers a wonderful dewy finish. Unfortunately the fragrance is so strong and unnecessary that there is no way that I would be willing to wear this daily as it's just too much like wearing facial perfume, if this was a thing.Please offer options for fragrance free as I don't think anybody really cares to have fragrance in their facial product. Product could be perfect if not for perfume added.

I bought color No.23. Yes, it does come out a greyish hue, BUT it transforms within minutes on your face to the most perfect color. It does not oxidize and turn orange. Trust the process. This wears so perfect. I have oily and dry skin and it works great for all areas. Doesn’t crease under my eyes and it even has SPF. Is not drying either. I do set it with some powder in the heat and it looks great.

I came across this product on you tube. I’ve struggled finding a good color that doesn’t make me super white or orange. I’m fair in color but have warmer undertone. This goes on like a dream. The product also goes so far. I use the size of a dime and it’s plenty to cover my whole face. The got the second lightest shade and it matches me perfect! Plus. The spf 40 was a huge win for me. The look is more dewy, but I like it. Doesn’t look like I’m sweating but gives me a glow! For the price it’s amazing. This will be a staple for a long time

I wasn’t sure whether to get 23 or 25, so I got both - 23 initially looked really grey on my skin but I read a lot of reviews that it would naturally become less grey, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. As you can see on my hands 23 (the hand with jewelry) is much more grey than 25, which looks much more natural. Despite using the Boomer BB cream with them (and trying other primers) I find both colors settle into fine lines and make them look more pronounced, which I don’t love. It does give pretty good coverage though, and is buildable for more coverage if you like a full face. The BB creams and Boomer cream are all highly fragranced with something that reminds me of bathroom air freshener (like an artificial rose smell) and gives me a headache.Overall I think these are something nice to try if you are looking for a good BB cream with SPF and don’t mind fragrance. I am pretty disappointed though, personally.
