Additionally the RS485 Ethernet adapter also allows for "serial tunneling" of the device through TCP/IP or Ethernet allowing two devices to be used as a cable replacement.With the RS485 two-wire mode, you can connect the NET485’s serial interface to several devices within a multi-drop network.
