I had to clean the innards of my Charge HR due to previous diy repairs using glue. If you’ve not done this it won’t be an issue.The screws are fiddly. The screwdriver could do with being slightly more magnetic as it’s a bit like one of those arcade arm games getting the tiny screws from a pot to the screw holes. Tip:: always work over a large pot in case the screws fall.In the end I lost one screw but it’s not a big deal as it should hold fine with three, particularly as it’s usually on your wrist.I messed up the button slightly so it’s not perfect, but I think that’s my fault. There’s not really any way to make this job less fiddly as that’s the nature of the original design.Doesn’t come with instructions but there are some on YouTube. Just be sure to read the comments as some of the tutorials are claimed to be erroneous and commenters are complaining it’s messed up their fitbit.I read a comment that this doesn’t fit the UK Charge HR. I’m in the UK and it’s fine.
