Decent but not a OEM fit!
The black spring device has to go in the hood BY ITSELF FIRST or it WILL NOT latch! Then the chrome cirlce piece has to be place in the holes and glued securely to black spring device from the inside of the hood or it WILL NOT stay put! It will come straight out without being glued! After that just wpe the circle chrome piece with alcohol, peel the tape off the Mercedes sticker and place it
