Terrible quality
I thought this butter dish was so cute but the “paint job” on the ceramics was terrible. Both pieces have a noticeable white circle on them where the glaze didn’t take or get applied evenly. I am disappointed.*FOLLOW-UP: This seller went out of their way to make it right for me. They sent me a 2nd butter dish which unfortunately arrived broken (NOT their fault) then a 3rd butter dish which arrived in much better shape and had a much better paint job on it. I APPRECIATE this company's willingness to do the right thing to satisfy the customer.

Color not a true blue
Product was larger than I anticipated, but that's a good thing, glad it will actually hold a whole stick of butter. Appreciate the borders inside to keep the stick from sliding. Two comments: 1) The outside bottom isn't coated with any kind of gloss, so it can scratch if you slide it. I put some rubber bumpers underneath, problem solved. 2) The color was not what I expected, the description stated blue, but it's more like a like shade of teal than blue. If you put it up against something blue, you can definitely tell the difference. So a bit disappointed with the color, but overall appears to be a solid piece considering as with most stuff these days, it's made in China. I'll keep it as it does serve my purpose.

Very cute, one complaint
This butter dish is extremely cute and came to me in perfect condition. It has enough space for 1 stick/ 1 cup of butter, and hides the scent of the butter enough so that my cats don’t jump up on the counter for it. The one complaint I have is that the bottom of the tray is I colored and is just a raw clay material, which would scratch my counter if shuffled enough.

Beautiful Aqua
I love the size and color of this butter dish and it matches my ceramic mason jar salt and pepper shakers perfectly. The ceramic feels pretty lightweight, but I've had no issues with durability so far. Every time I see it on my counter, it makes me smile. Simple pleasures!

pretty but delicate
I like the color, shape, and function of this dish - it's high enough, wide enough, and long enough for any form of butter I buy. The only quibble is that it looks sturdier than it actually is - the ceramic is thin and light, and it's fragile. It looks more like stoneware but it feels hollow - I have to handle it very carefully or I fear I will break it.

Butter went rancid
It is a very durable and pretty dish, but unfortunately I have had more than 1 stick of butter go rancid. I have not had this issue with other butter dishes. It has been demoted to a display only item.

Attractive, feels fragile
Nice looking, good little butter dish.It's quite light weight and thin, so be aware it might not be as sturdy as other glass/ceramic dishes.

Butter Dish - Ceramic
Holds one stick of butter and keeps butter covered.Shape and color are appealing and dress a table nicely.This color is becoming one of the popular colors lately.Mine arrived with a broken lid in the box - however it was replaced immediately even without the broken one being returned at that time. Super back-up service and support. Zero complaints with this Dish.
