Very artificial and just sugary. So I was very happy to find this Organic candied orange peel - Bio Idea also do candied lemon peel. This orange peel actually tastes like orange - a clear zingy taste but not over sweet. Because it's got a good flavour I find I use less than stated in most cake recipes. I've tried making my own and it takes quite a lot of time and effort and you need to do a lot to make the effort worth it so in the long run its cheaper to buy this delicious peel ready prepared.
