one poor nit in an otherwise great product
Had this three days now, and I'm mostly loving it. Here is my breakdown of the unit...Pros-* Has all the trackers I wanted and seems to be really accurate. I especially use sleep monitor, heart rate monitor (on continuous), step counter, and activity counter, but I also use the daily alarms and incoming text alarm, since I often miss the sound my phone makes for text. The buzzing alarms on the wristband are hard to miss.* It has a lot of features I really have no use for, things like letting me know when social media is contacting me. I just shut all of those ones off. Once you find the settings, they are easy to work with, though I will warn that some settings are not on the settings page of the app, but rather on the pages for individual items, like the heart rate settings are on the Workout page, even those for continuous use.* It's very comfortable to wear. I usually get really annoyed with watches and trackers, but this one is so light and small, it doesn't bother me, even when I sleep. I haven't had to do it yet, but I imagine it will even be comfortable at night, if I have to put my wrist brace on.Cons-* You get no directions for the unit with it. Just setup information. I HIGHLY recommend the FAQ page for this unit on MobileAction for learning how to use the unit. Once I found it, it was much easier to figure out what the heck I was doing...or doing wrong. They have a great set of screen shots and directions to help you find your way.* I had ASSUMED (never do that, I suppose) that that fact that it had continuous heart rate monitoring meant it had a way to capture and chart that, as you do all other continuous features. If there's a way to see a chart, I have not come upon it yet. Bad software, if you have an essential feature like that with no way to check it. This is especially pertinent to me, so it's disappointing to find I can't do it. This issue alone has pushed it from a 5 to a 4. I won't push it lower, since it does have so many useful features.* Putting it on without a second person is very difficult. My husband and I have set a time for him to help me put it back on after charging, so we charge during a quiet period in my day and he is there to help. I do need to find out if I can purchase extra pins for the latch, since he pops the pin out on a regular basis, and I'm afraid he's going to lose it. It does go right back in, of course, but it's of a size that losing it wouldn't be THAT difficult.* If you use continuous heart monitoring, you'll find you have to recharge once a day or a little more. I'm rolling with this and have chosen a time of day that is low-activity for me to charge. I've been told people who do not use that feature only have to charge once a week, which is good.

Fitness tracker--not a step counter
Took awhile to get used to it...as I have never worn anything like it before. Still can't figure out how to change the band. The band is reversible but I still can't get it apart to reverse it. Oh well -- camo it will be -- forever I guess.Other than the band issue this little thing monitors my sleep, activity and steps. But the step part is not very accurate at all. You really have to move your arms to get it to register the steps. I think even the fitbit is the same as this brand. The price is right so I would probably purchase this again if I had to.

Great Utility Fitness Tracker for a Good Price.
I have used this for 3 to 4 days now. It was little hard to remove the strap or band but I was able to push the watch out and reverse the band. It is just touch plastic that connects both sides of the watch. The heart rate monitor seems to work better if you wear it 3 finger widths away from the wrist and snug. It takes a little practice to get this strap on. So far I like the Band for its simplicity and ease of use. I tried using it when I am sleeping on a couple of days. It seems to be recording it accurately, at least as far as the sleep and wake up times are concerned. It also records the REM Sleep, Deep Sleep, and Light Sleep times which is helpful in understanding your sleep patterns.

Great Price and Great Quality.
The only thing that I wish was different is that they would let you pick your band instead of you having to buy one separate if you want a different color. I do like that you can change it to black it you want. The app that you use is easy. This is the second one that I have had my other one cam apart, but was still working. It was the other version with a physical button to push. I had that one for almost 2 years and only took it off to shower or swim. Great Price and Great Quality

Works great. App could use a few more tweaks
This is a great product. The reason for the four star is the controls on the band are annoying and aggravates you often when switching modes. I have this for several weeks now without any other problem. The app works great and allows you to set the band from the app to go into workout mode. Also have an auto sleep mode. This would get five stars if the app allowed me to change modes. For the price, this is fantastic.I have had the Fitbit HR, Polar Band and Nike Fit Band. I prefer this one above those.

Well I tried for a cpl days and first off it looks like it was a return or something the front of the box it comes in is all scratched up, second I had a problem with it staying connected, also the heart monitor didn't work well pretty much kept me at resting rate when I was out hiking, with that being said it maybe a bad unit cause of the way the box is looking like it's been sent around a cpl times..So am sending back,oh and the clasp to keep on your wrist is iffy if the little pin is lost the oh well I was afraid to wear it cause of loosing it

The banned tracked my steps good, and the app works well
I bought this band when i started exercising more. The banned tracked my steps good, and the app works well. The heart monitor works most of the time, overall i am happy with it and would buy again.

Worth the money.
Quite impressed with this little guy. Does everything it purports to, and HR looks pretty much spot on. Sleep pattern also seems accurate, as a comparison of mine versus my 10-year old's showed hers to be textbook. Mine, not so much, which was expected. Definitely recommended.
