So easy to slip on and keep your feet dry. They came with free pair of insoles. I generally wear a 7.5 and ordered the size 8 also have narrow feet. I would not be able to wear thick socks with it, but I don’t think you need to. It keeps your feet very warm. The only drawback I had on these was the top of the inside left boot rubbed up against my leg And was causing some chafing. You can see it in the photo where it rubbed up on my leg.
