The company delivered exactly as promised and I am giving them a five star rating. You can almost always get the SIM card much cheaper on arrival than this way, but there are times that this is not your best strategy. I bought this SIM for a close friend who is not overly technically inclined who was going to Jamaica and staying mostly at a resort complex. If she couldn't purchase the SIM at the airport, it would be days before she could get it. With a husband and two children in tow and knowing the chaos in a Carribean airport, this wasn't likely.The "competitor" to this option was Verizon's international roaming. With a $10 top up to the SIM, she had 600 minutes calling time to the US. I set her up with a New York number that call forwarded cheaply to her Jamaican SIM (which had free incoming calls) and she call forwarded her iPhone to this SIM before boarding the plane. She could basically use her phone in Jamaica the same as in the US.You can question whether have unlimited talk time from a foreign vacation is a good thing or a bad one, but in Lisa's case the calls would have been made in any event. $40 out of my pocket saved her a $1,500 of a roaming bill and also saved me having to remotely diagnose her programs. The Lime SIM roams in the US which meant that I could set everything up and make sure it worked before I loaned her an unlocked phone and give her a SIM.Hint: You can buy recharges for this phone before you leave at any CVS. They have a recharge card called ezetop which works with Lime Jamaica.Bottom line: If you are true DIYer you can save $25 buying everything in Jamaica. Lisa is back from Jamaica and my non-technical friend found everything worked perfectly.

This helped me out a lot on our trip to Jamaica. However, the mobile Internet connection across the island is pretty bad, and I was using this in a smart phone. This is no fault of the SIM card, which performed wonderfully.

This is my second line sims card I bought from this vendor. The service in Jamaica was great. Highly recommend
